As a Realtor, native Houstonian Jeff Madden holds a unique perspective. Member of the highly successful and well-known family of restaurateurs, the Mandolas, Jeff’s inside view of Houston’s culinary and business culture gives him an advantage when working with his buyers and sellers.
“I understand the lifestyles of so many different areas of Houston,” Jeff says. “That familiarity, coupled with strong knowledge of the real estate market, helps me to guide my clients to make informed decisions about selling or purchasing a home.”
Jeff’s strong background as a businessman also contributes to his success as he prepares his clients for every step of the home sale or purchase process. “I listen to what their goals are and make sure that they have realistic expectations based on their needs. I work hard to earn their trust and give them the confidence to move forward.”
Jeff grew up in Spring Valley, graduated from St. Thomas Aquinas High School, and attended Louisiana State University. He and his wife are members of St. Cecilia Catholic Church and send their five children to St. Cecilia Catholic School, Western Academy, and Incarnate Word Academy.
When not working, Jeff volunteers for Loaves and Fishes Soup Kitchen – Memorial Assistance Ministries, spends time with family and friends, and enjoys boating, golf, hunting, and “kids, kids, kids!”
