Muriel Mendell, a native Texan, holds a B.S. in Education from the University of Houston, however, she attended New Orleans’ Sophie Newcomb College now commonly known as Tulane University. Before joining Beth Wolff Realtors Muriel taught a variety of subjects in both private and public Houston schools. As a top producer for Beth Wolff Realtors, Muriel has taken advantage of opportunities the company offers for informative seminars and current real estate information. Muriel markets single-family homes, high-rise condominiums and townhomes, and is comfortable and knowledgeable in all areas of Houston. She has also assisted many international buyers and sellers. Muriel has earned her Corporate Mobility Specialist designation and has been previously named as Realtor® of the Week by the Houston Chronicle. She has an excellent outlook on real estate, and works professionally and efficiently with both buyers and sellers. “I treat every client the way I would like to be treated,” says Muriel. “It is my responsibility to accompany showings for all my listings and to be available to meet my buyer’s schedules.” Muriel is very active in the community. She was the President of the Southwest Harris County Medical Auxiliary and the President of the Harris County Medical Alliance. She has been actively involved in the Museum of Medical Science and currently Muriel serves on a committee for the Texas Medical Association. Aside from her interests in lecture series, the fine arts, architecture and antiques, Muriel says that her greatest professional pleasure is having happy buyers and sellers at the closing table. All it takes is patience.
